Same complaints/observations as others, spokes rest on the arches, derailleur hits the arch if not in the right gear. I novel idea, but it still needs some work. Save some money and buy two cinder blocks.
I'm sorry that I took so long to try it out as the time period for returning it expired. The trash man took it away an hour ago.
Bike rest on spokes. I can't believe this is acceptable to anyone.
I haven't returned these because they work better than nothing and hanging bikes up is not an option for me. The arches somehow seem move out of their settings at the bases and stretch at the tops or let the bikes topple over if the bikes aren't set perfectly perpendicular to the bases. I have three linked together, store the bikes front wheel only staggered facing west-east-west avoiding handle bar interference. Rear wheel storage results in derailleur/arch contact.
This product is great to travel with, small and lightweight. Great to just toss on the ground in a pinch to help pump the tires or perform basic maintenance. I only give it 4 stars because my Tribike and road bike lean on the spokes when placed in it, rather than being supported by the tires.
No longer do I have to lean my bike up against my car when putting air in the tires or getting ready for riding! This bike stand works great, is compact, and I always have other riders admiring it and telling me they wish they had one. I also use it to store my bike in my garage. I've been using it for years and I highly recommend it.
